It would be quite awesome, but for the part about being for Xbox only. I shall abstain a vote.

"X-Box Only" is all that I needed to hear. If I can't play it, it is Not Awesome, no matter how awesome it would be if I -could- play it.

I am of the opinion that Awesome transcends little problems like "It's on a Console I didn't buy right off."

If I could find the Pawn shop by the college, I'm sure I can find an XBox 360 cheap...

Where the heck did you guys get Xbox only? It's also on the PS3. Big Grin

As for awesome, yes it is.

Well. I see 'XBox 360' in the video title, and make a little bit of a deduction, which (while not entirely correct) does nonetheless hold that it is
not available on PC.

It goes something like this: Game Awesomeness, +9001. Not on PC, -9002.

Personally, I find Awesome in the mere fact that a thing such as this exists.

I'm excited that such a game exists, but saddened by the fact that I have no system on which it will play.

What Sweno said. Nonetheless, it is indeed Awesome. Seriously. The Age of Metal.

*looks at Ops askance*

What, you think the white thingy downstairs is there merely to provide a heat load on the nonexistent air conditioner? *grin*

Quote: In addition to Black, the game will feature voices of both heavy metal musicians including Lemmy
Kilmister, Rob Halford, Ozzy Osbourne and Lita Ford and other celebrities such as
Tim Curry, as well as several metal songs selected by Schafer for inclusion in the
game.
(from Wikipedia)

Awesome, indeed. ROCK ON!

They released Mass Effect, Jade Empire, and the Halo series as 'Xbox Only', too, recall.

Okay, I am neither a console gamer, nor a Metal fan, and this looks utterly awesome.

Most video games have been console-only for, like, the last decade. It seems a little weird to hold that against the game, which looks generic enough to play,
but certainly fun in concept and style.

Okay, then can we complain about the incorrect use of an umulat in the title?

There's always something that somebody will find fault with, no matter how petty. I suggest ignoring such pettiness... especially when it's from people
who aren't usually petty.

The Games are great, in and of themselves. I just despise the controllers.

Not on PC- 1 Strike (if it's good, and it's on the 360, it should go to the PC. Period, line break, EOF. The two are similar enough that there's
no excuse for not porting it.)

3rd-person Action- 2 Strikes (far too easy to make generic, and therefore forgettable, regardless of how good the previews are)

I don't care about the Power of ROCK!!!- 3 Strikes

So there you go. Two strikes that may translate to the rest of us here, making it less than unambiguously awesome, and enough added negatives to prevent me
from caring about it ever again.

(Also, is it bad that my inner monologue was talking in the voice of Jeremy Clarkson as I was writing this?)

nothing with Jeremy Clarkson doing the voiceover is ever _entirely_ bad.

(I do not recommend using this as a defense at a murder trial)
