The estimate is that 100,000 protesters turned up just in London, according to this article:

It's got some great photos, too, like the Trump baby balloon, and a suitcase(?) with "Super callous fragile racist sexist Nazi POTUS" written on the side. (Note, that same photo includes a t-shirt with printed-on nipples, so some particularly strict workplaces might disapprove if someone is reading over your shoulder.) I wonder if there's any chance of the balloon getting bought or duplicated by a US group?

I believe it's already been done; not sure if it's a copy or the original, but I work literally a couple miles up the road from Trump's golf course in Bedminster NJ, and a recent newspaper article mentioned local protesters will be getting the Trumpbaby at some point.
