I'm already fairly committed as far as the powersets for the character go, and the numbers are encouraging, but I also am not terribly imaginative and a lot of the build choices are probably "because I can" and not "because it's better that way". Case in point, Permahasten - I can get up to Perma-Dom without it, but I didn't really have any other plans, so why not? Making a Mid's build is free, and I never got to 50 with the character anyway.
Considering my much reduced playtime and starting resource base, anything that might be done to help keep things reasonable (I don't know the state of the economy in game) would be appreciated. All I really need is good survivability, and I imagine Perma-Dom is the best way to get there.
