Mm. Gonna have to try the two-ingredient mousse recipe. I have a goodly amount of red wine handy.

White stag seen and photographed in southern Ottawa
But which White Stag? The Arthurian one, here to tell Saber to start a Grail Quest? The Celtic one, here to reveal the Unseelie to the city? The Narnian one, here to lead a very very few lucky displacees back to their canon home? Or maybe Sebastian has finally had time to watch the second season of Black Butler and is just screwing around with everybody.

This one's more "human interest" than "news".
Why a Scottish lawyer bought and renovated an abandoned Italian village An entire town as a displacee residence, anyone?
--

That is a very cool idea indeed.
(And the village in the article is not the first Italian village converted in its entirety to a resort -- Peg and I were looking at another one somewhere in Tuscany years ago as a potential time share exchange.)

If we're going in that direction, we could have another village set aside for the more dangerous displacees.

Ha! I should have thought of that!

I'll just leave this here, pointing out that it's from 2016, on the off chance we ever do something with that residence in Greece and somebody there needs something to make a logical fallacy about.

Found this one backlogging the Discord:
Fujitaka explained, "They carved the images of all sorts of animals and people into the ground with giant trenches. But the lines are really hard to see from the ground, so it's best to see them in an airplane. There are theories that the Nazca people made them for their gods, but no one really knows." Osaka asked, "Or maybe it was for people in UFOs?" He laughed, "Well, anything is possible." "Is there one of a cat?" Sakaki asked. "I don't think so." ---- The next day, Tomo greeted her friend, "Hey Ryoko-chan, wanna take me up for a spin in Ryo-Ohki? I brought beer!" A giant cat picture was just discovered among the Nazca Lines

Quote:In the vast array of L.A. weirdness, Cardi D is not that unusual. But she does stand out. It's the first time I've thought about nail polish for ducks, that's for sure.

Some Barrister bought and did up Henrietta Street at around the time it would've been in the story
The contrast between what it was and what it is is staggering. (The what it was, is what the Genaros girls see...... barring a gift of 2 million it'll stay much like that) I love the smell of rotaries in the morning. You know one time, I got to work early, before the rush hour. I walked through the empty carpark, I didn't see one bloody Prius or Golf. And that smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole carpark, smelled like.... ....speed. One day they're going to ban them.
Shock! Kuma shock!
Wrong side of the river, though. Speedy bear cub eludes capture as it snacks through Gatineau neighbourhood
