Tomorrows downtime will grant a free respec to all existing characters, so if you wanted to use the ones you got from the I12 update, now would be the best
time.

Why worry? It's not like you can't get more. I've got a plethora of them rolling around.

In addition to granting a Frespec to all characters, they will all also get an extra Free Costume Change, and every player will be (re)granted the ability to
change their Global Handle once more.
