I've had something similar happen to me with the latest GeForce drivers. Have you tried running the game in Safe Mode?

ATI Radeon x1270: Current Driver is Catalyst 8.11.
Worked fine for CoX until I hadda go update my drivers to play a DVD [Disney-Pixar's Wall-E fyi] on my computer. [MY best/most HD screen in the house...]
ETA: Safe mode does noting to ameliorate the problem.

It looks like there is a Catalyst 8.9 out that seems to fix the problems, at least from what I can read. The other option is to use the 8.7 dll's which
seems to have mixed, mostly positive, results.
I can't really say I have problems, but then again I haven't updated my driver in a while. Its a joke trying to find them for a laptop card, it really
is.

Sorry, Vyp, but that pic's too small and dark for me to make out what it is that I'm supposed to be seeing...

Every day I wish more and more I had a portable hard drive to back up my stuff on my laptop and perform a Vista-ectemy....
