Today I pulled up the page and thought to myself, "That picture is a little bit 'jaggy'. Hmmm." Then I right-clicked on it to "view image" and discovered that the page is forcing a picture twice the size of the current "hole" you have for it down to that size, which is what's making it "jaggy".
Here - I've resized the pic to the size you use on the site itself with IRFanview. You can update with this one and it won't be have the "jaggy" lines in it.
