For the duration of this song (YouTube says 5:20), everyone around cannot help themselves: Sort of like a train wreck... that's on fire... and still exploding... but safely behind what you hope is bulletproof glass so you keep watching in sick fascination to the exclusion of all else...

I... don't know why?  I just copy-pasted them in.  Must be some weird hidden formatting.

At a guess, the copypasta included a color attribute on the text that just happened to match the background of the theme, i.e. black.  The easy fix would be to edit the post using the advanced editor, highlight the problem text and click <Remove Formatting>. That's the "A" with the little "x" in a red circle in the lower right corner of the icon , btw.
