A lot of people aren't happy with his work because it's not angsty enough or something like that. I think they just don't know when to cut loose and enjoy themselves, childish black-and-white views of good and evil aside.

have you tried reading the core stories again? they are terrible, absolutly terrible. then again they where written at the very begining and so can be excused.

Nope ... Just don't like his style of writing.
I prefer Darren Steffler's and Bert Van Vliet's. Also Craig is pretty good.
But Michael 'what's in between?' Zorney writes the best ever Ranma self-insertion fic.
