So I manage the cell phones at my place of work.

Someone popped into the yard and stole a cellphone and a PSP out of the trucks in the yard here.

Two points -

That yard is covered, the trucks in question covered by two cameras.

Cellphones have _owners_.

So, four days later.. why is the replacement cell carrying the number of the stolen unit getting voicemail for a 'billy'?

Man, the cops are gonna love this..
