Well, since I can't drag this into Mids, here's a general advice (in logical progression) for what I'm seeing, working with just general IOs:

1) If the aren't Level 50 IOs, make them level 50 IOs

2) If they are level 50 IOs (Which they should be, see above) you really do not need more than 3 of one type, 2 will get you about 1% away from ED nerf.

3) If you have more than 3 of the same type of Level 50 IOs in a power, you are wasting about 95% of that slot. Put a different type of IO in there.

This applies especially to Tough Hide, and Dull Pain. Once you start getting sets, things will probably change, so don't go respec'ing just to fit IOs
under the ED nerf, but do bear it in mind.

in no particular order -

Strike - add the acc/dam/rech piece of Crushing Impact, possibly also the acc/dam/end piece as well.

Alternatively, add the Pounding Slugfest acc/dam and dam/rech for an 8% regen boost.

Resist Physical Damage - you have 59% bonus on this power due to SOs, converting to IOs will get you 51% in two slots, leaving two slots for anything else.
Basically, I'm echoing Ankh's point above. Resist Phys is a nice place to put the Aegis unique, the Impervious Skin unique, and the Impervium Armor
Special + Impervium Armor/Resist - you get less S/L, but 2.5% end, 4.5% psi resist, 7.5% status resist.

Alternatively, rock out Aegis Unique + Resist, and Impervium Special and +resist, then put Impervious Skin in resist elements, which lands you 48.47% improved
resist in Phys..

Temp Invul - Impervium Psi, Resist, Resist/End, Resist/end/rech gives you 43.43% end discount, 19.30% rech (blah), and 48.37% resist as well as a pocket full
of set bonusses

Travel.

Get those slots out of Sprint. Put two slots in Hurdle, and plan on 6 in Combat Jumping. In CJ, I run 4 LOTG, including the 7.5% rech, and 2 Gift of The
Ancients, including the 7.5% runspeed, for 62.57% def, 10% regen, 1.13% MaxHP, 9% global Acc, 7.5% global rech, 2% recov, 7.5% runspeed, and some end and rech
on a toggle that's basically free already.
