No problem. Part of my job is to build DVDs, so I've got a lot of experience with ripping them apart, too.
For anyone curious the steps I used were:
DVD Decrypter to rip just the chapter I needed (Title 8, Chapter 4 in this case)
An old version of TMPGEnc (2.5)'s "MPEG Tools" option to pull the audio stream out (I used the English 2.0 Dolby track)
I used an old version of dBPowerAmp (r9, which was the last free one without a time limit) with the DirectShow plugin to convert the AC3 file to a WAV
Audacity to clip out just the songs from the WAV, done once for each song, also exported as WAV files
And then ran the resulting WAVs back through dBPowerAmp to make the MP3s
So a little convoluted, but it works pretty nicely.
