E. A. Poe would be considered a sociopath in this "Modern Age". More likely, he would be considered an addict. Most of Poe's problems stem from depression, which resulted in serious abuse of alcohol and opiates (often at the same time; never a good idea, despite the popularity of laudanum in that day and age). I doubt he was any more a sociopath than some of the dark poets of modern music.

1) Regarding Twilight the Unicorn video: What? I don't even... Watching the video it's an homage to (link come up at the end) doesn't help.
2) I recently read a fic that I am having trouble finding again to see if it updated. Canterlot wedding. Instead of banishing Twilight to the caves Cryssie maintains cover. Twilight stews in her emotional shock and resentment for a while and shows up durring the wedding at the same time as canon. However, she's alone and loaded up with dark magics that run on negative emotions and are Kryptonite for changelings becaue Twi is smart enough to figure out what's going on and always does her homework beforehand. It was up to two chapters and had promise.

No, I don't believe the world has gone mad. In order for it to go mad it would need to have been sane at some point.

I was gaping so much at this thing that I couldn't shut my mouth after about half-way through this thing. The only other fan-vid that made me do that was the one about Fluttershy's Shack (you know, the one with all the stylings of Ren and Stimpy).
Honestly, I was expecting some sort of invasion of the pod people joke, somewhat like the one we've seen in a (relatively) recent Bugs Bunny cartoon.

A young unicorn named Fishcake Swirl and Earth filly Cherry Blossom are teamed up with gloomy Griffon cub Sasuke in My Little Shinobi
If this hasn't been done a dozen times already, of course, I'll be very shocked. I would like to see Scarecrow's lightning version of a sonic rainboom, though...

Wait... this is the same guy that did the "fan-humanization" art isn't he? OR Heavily influenced by the same?

So earlier today, in a used bookstore/comic book shop that also sold randomish knick knacks, I encountered what I can only describe as an... entity. I decided to bring the being home with me.
I'm considering naming him Oh Sea, or something similar.

Yeah, that's been known for a while. It was announced back at SDCC. Pre-orders for issue #1 of the MLP comic broke 90,000, as of Thursday, according to Bleedingcool.
