Sudden Reveal!  Hoban Washburn is in fact an Airbender! ("I am a leaf on the wind...")...
....yeah, I got nothing.  Would explain how he managed to glide a ship that doesn't have any wings, though....

I blame the following on a very severe cold I've had for the past several days, and the resulting medication levels:
(Thomas on lead vocals, with backing from Andi and Waldo providing backing, oddly enough)

Dresden's back... ALL RIGHT!

Stars and Stones, he's back again
With staff and shield, and a Winter Man(tle)
He's back in town, gonna show you how
Gotta question for you, better answer now

Are you a criminal?
(whoaaaaa)
Are you de-mon-i-cal?
(whoaaaaa)
Do you hurt people?
(Boooooo)
Well Harry Dresden's back in town
and he will SHUT YOUR PARTY DOWN!

Everybody
(yeahhhhhh)
Check your party
(yeahhhhhh)
Check your party, right
'cuz DRESDEN'S! BACK! ALRIGHT!
(alright!)

Now throw your hands up in the air
Drop your weapons, he don't care where
If you're not a baddie, better hear you yell
Or else he'll blast you back to hell.

Is he the original?
(yeahhhhhh)
The one and only one?
(yeahhhhhh)
Is he gon' kick some ass?
(yeahhhhhh)
Well Harry Dresden in da house
You better get out of town now

Everybody
(yeahhhhhh)
All you bad guys
(yeahhhhhh)
Best leave leave town tonight
'cuz DRESDEN'S! BACK! ALRIGHT!
(alright!)

So all you people, everywhere
Don't be afraid, don't have no fear
Gonna tell the world, make you understand
Dresden was gone a while, now he's back again
--------------

Thomas pulls this out at a party for Harry (he rented out the club). In revenge, Harry makes them all play it again and watch him dance to it ("My EYES! The shades, they do NOTHING!"). Weirdly enough, Karrin danced with him -- she's gotten oddly mellow since Skin Game, in my headcanon.

In the interest of reaching 400 in this thread, I have a couple:
Neon Leviticus Evangelion -- mainly because you do not want to know what happens to Shinji and Kaworu in this one.  Narrowly beats out Neon Numbers Evangelion, which would probably play out like "Asuka in Mathmagic Land" with non-Euclidean geometry.
And how about Pepper Potts, a little season fairy?

Pepper Potts: "I AM NOT A DA-LEK! I AM A HU-MAN!"

Kinda grim, that one. How about something happier?

Ix and Sec eagerly turn on the phonograph, to hear their favorite song in the whole world! That's right kids, it's your old pal, Davros Wizzleteats! And it's the Exter-minate De-stroy song!

EX-TER-MIN-ATE! DE-STROY!
EX-TER-MIN-ATE! DE-STROY!
EX-TER-MIN-ATE! DE-STROY!
EX-TER-MIN-ATE! DE-STROY!
EX-TER-MIN-ATE! DE-STROY!
EXTERMINATE! DESTROY!
EX-TER-MIN-ER-MIN-ATE! DESTROY-STROY-STROY!

I'll teach you to exterminate!
I'll teach your ancestors genetic engineering!

Oh dear... that wasn't quite what I had in mind.

You know, given that the Pythons' name for the British housewives they portrayed in drag was "pepperpots", I think we can come up with something that would give Tony Stark nightmares for years to come...

I was about to make a joke about the penguin on top of the TV set exploding, but that's a Batman riff...

Beware that fruit!
It is a cursed and godless object.
Those that eat of that fruit draw the wrath of the Drowned God and the touch of the Seastone Chair will freeze them and leave them weak.
It is a godless fruit.
And no godless man shall sit in the Seastone Chair!

So I got the One Piece off of that one.  What's the other half?

...and speaking of popular music, I've got a callback to the cultist rock of the 80s.  It's Belinda Carlysle with "Circle in the SAN".  After that, "Cthulhu Ftagn (no worries)", off of the soundtrack of that wonderful Disney movie, the Lion King In Yellow.

Game of Thrones I think.

Yes. The folks on the Iron Islands (Theon et al.) are Pirates (and proud of it) do worship a "drowned god" (and have fairly extreme baptism rituals) and their throne is called the Seastone Chair.
It's just that about everything else (flavour, power level, world design, politics) is pretty incompatible between the two series.

Add in a Splash of the Stepford Wives, and a dash of The Bionic Woman, Bake it in stove from Eureka. and it wont just be Tony that will be having nightmares.

Alex Versus. Alex Mercer.

The names aren't that different and an inattentive being might, ever so accidentally, confuse them. Maybe even merge them together

On one hand, Blackwatch might be having a bad when you give the Monster of Manhattan active precognition and experience using all sorts of tricks.

On the other, certain mages in London might (in their last moments) realise that the 'squishy diviner' is really not a soft target any more...

If the Seastone Chair is an accessory for game console, then this is already a Haiyore! Nyaruko-san crossover.
And while I'm on the topic...
Wikipedia Wrote:Atlach-Nacha resembles a huge spider with an almost-human face. It dwells in a huge cavern deep beneath Mount Voormithadreth, a mountain in the now vanished kingdom of Hyperborea in the Arctic. There it spins a gigantic web, bridging a massive chasm between the Dreamlands and the waking world. Some believe that when the web is complete, the end of the world
will come, because it will create a permanent junction with the
Dreamlands allowing monsters to move freely into the waking world.
So if I'm reading this right, Mount Voormithadreth is at the D Point, and Atlach-Nacha completed enough of her web to allow Metalia to cross over from the Dreamlands?

Star Wars and My Little Pony

I have no idea how the plot would work, but I know what the characters would look like...

Torchwood and Pirates of the Carribean. Although it could make a good crackfic, if all you want is to watch the Captains Jack ricochet off each other. Or... the omnisexual Harkness decides that Sparrow is just what he's in the mood for this week...

We've just switched Yuuno Scrya from Nanoha with Armin Arlert from Attack on Titan. Because hairstyles. I'm not certain who to pity more -- the poor Titans, or Armin, once Nanoha decides that her replacement Ferret Boy needs to be brought up to snuff... stat.

... I'd actually like to see Yuuno versus Titans. Or more accurately, everyone else's reaction to the just-shy-of-scrawny nine year old who takes one look at the invading group, then ties them all up in glowing green chains and politely asks if anyone knows how to Seal them, or if he'll need to hold on to them for a while while figuring it out. Seriously, as a MSLN archaeologist, he's basically a professional landmine disposal specialist if landmines were made with strategic nuclear payloads. Rampaging giant monsters are Tuesday, if not a minor spot of bother you deal with between lunch and teatime.
