 2. Glaring.
 3. Crying.
 4. Making a 'no way' gesture.
Now, making certain assumptions about the relationship she must have to our cameraman for him to see her so, and that the reasons behind No. 2 and No. 3 are connected, ask yourself, 'Is this man getting any tonight?'

I mentioned the Haruhi "not how to pick up girls" poster over on rec.arts.anime.misc and asked whether folks could outdo it. (Here's the thread.) I especially like two of the responses: Joe Klemm's poster and One of Dave Watson's ideas (may be NSFW) .
A word of warning: Some of the others in that thread may be NSFW. The "Anime Motivational Poster contest at RIUVA" that Mehdi Tibouchi mentions in that thread is definitely NSFW, and a few of the entries are Just Plain Wrong. (Mind you, that contest's "CPR", "Enthusiasm", and "Friends" are brilliant.)

I didn't actually think it was, but since they're both pretty redheads and Sky at one point had a costume that was basically a sky-blue one-piece with a white, eight-pointed star on the front and a habit of wearing a black leather jacket over her usual costume, it seemed like enough of a resemblance to make a joke about. ^_^;Ja, -n

The pic is of the current (or at least recent) line up of Excaliber, from Marvel comics.Dazzler's hair is pink (used to be blonde), but close enough. She's a mutant who basicly absorbs ambient sound and transforms the energy into light (laser blasts primarily).
Her original costume (from back in the 70s) included rollerskates. 8P__________________

Not only that, she was originally designed as a film vehicle for Bo Derek.
I kid you not. I wish I were, but I kid you not.
And it wasn't until she started hanging with the X-Men that she learned the laser blast thing, IIRC. Before that, she just did flash-dazzle stuff (hence her name).

More a "wanted" poster than a Motivator, but, hey I have to agree with Bill Martin - she's cute but dangerous .
(And that's got to be fanart - the style doesn't match the manga or the anime. Anyone good enough to recognize the artist from the style?)
