Negima: Hour 200
Negima: Hour 200

From the usual suspects.

Not as much in the way of answers as I wanted, but the return of several familiar faces... not all of them allies.

Well, yeah... they're a typical band of anime/manga protagonists, some 10 or 15 years after their particular story finished.

202's up. And hey, backstory!

Now if only Rakan didn't charge so much for any further exposition... n.n;

And the inevitable power level comparison! It's OVER 9000... well, actually a wee bit under that.

Where have I seen that motivation before?

I just hope that (spoiler) the Forgetfulness spell on Yue wears off or is countered (/spoiler) before the Negima Wrecking Crew leaves for home. They wouldn't be the same without her...

(What? "Negima Wrecking Crew"? I thought it was an appropriate phrase, and it's not like Ranma's using it right now.)

Eep!

(And sometimes I wonder whether I'm just really good at reading characters' personalities, or whether somebody in Japan is reading my fanfics. Chisame
really is doing everyone else's thinking for them...)

...and Nodoka-chan's turned adventurer! But... what use would she have for a thingy that reveals people's names...?

And oh wow it just hit me. Yue's friends are working on memory-retrieval magic.

Who else do we know who's in need of something like that? o.O

Her artefact only works if she knows the name of the person whose mind she is trying to read. It's kinda like the Death Note in that respect.

Oh yeah.  I'd forgotten that part.  (And someone in volume 16 mistook it for a Death Note, IIRC... Smile )

You know, one of these days Setsuna ought to really get it into her head that Konoka really does kinda like her, and she might actually stay conscious for one
of those greetings...

Spot the continuity error...

(It's on page 16 - Chisame knows Yue's OK, but Yue hasn't made contact yet because of her amnesia.)

No, that was posted as 208, then taken down when the real 208 was posted. Other than the first page, this looks like it's real...

Akamatsu must have been od'ing on cough syrup or something, then. There's some seriously weird stuff in that, assuming the translation is trustworthy.

Some actual details of just what the war was about and what role Nagi played in it (including just why he's so damn famous), as well as a fairly big hint
as to the Big Bad of the series, I think...
