I think I agree with the first (english) comment. That just does not look right.

I think that's more a function of the size of her nose than the size of her eyes. Wide angle lens in use there, maybe?

Yeah, that's a heavily Photoshopped image. The idea of tinting the outer iris is kind of neat, though. Impressive effect.
