Not an anime girl (yet), actually. That's Akiho Nonosaki, main
heroine of the adult game 'Moshimo Ashita ga Harenaraba' (If tomorrow
is clear) (もしも明日が晴れならば), by Palette. I seem to remember hearing that
there was going to be an anime adaption of the game sometime in 2009,
but I may be mistaken.
