Yep, that's what happens. Is it any wonder that I like the Revival movies?
 Also, Within Temptation is awesome.

Part of it, yes. There's a reason people say things like:
Quote:> 2#. Before you read this: _NEVER_ eat a salami-tuna-mushroom-extra-hot
> Pizza while watching End of Evangelion and having the flu.:
Jeez, why didn't you take a few hits of acid while you were at it?

And on that note......

Meanwhile I've seen both: EOE at the initial official release screening at a con, then UtM a few months later(or was it before) at an anime club.

Now back to semi-normal-ness

That's the first decent cover version I've heard

We used to joke in college that the fastest way to suicide was to watch "Twilight of the Fireflies" and "Grave of the Cockroaches" back-to-back. If you really wanted to to go over the edge, you could follow it up with "Johnny Got His Gun" (or if you wanted to stay in anime, "Now and Then, Here and There").

Well, for a change in tone before I watch Evangelion 2.22 again..... Though I think I must be the only person EoE has absolutely no effect on, but the 'oh cool.'.

Anyway, time for a Soviet-era musing on the self-destructive nature of revenge. Or, the dangers of improperly fail-safed autonomous machines. It's 'Polygon'

He did use magic fairy dust to try and turn uber-arse-helmet Randal Terry gay - so while I cannot vote for him (Being Canadian) I do like him a great deal.
Plus he is rocking that boot hard.

Lina Inverse teamed up with Louie? Since this will never make it stateside, I hope there will be other means to play this.

On the off-chance somebody here hasn't seen this yet...

(This was on the laserdisc release of Gunbuster in Japan, and later made it to the expensive DVD set in North America. And now it's on YouTube.)

And made it all the way across the Atlantic to the shelf in my bedroom. Wheee. It's such a good set, and really worth snapping up if anyone get's the chance. It's one of my real favourites. Though that particular one did give me a moment to pause, since Gunbuster came out before Sailor Moon, before I remembered that the last three Science lessons were added much later.
