This one's still in draft status, but it's so nicely recursive that I had to share:

A calendar for 2015... ON MARS!
Okay, the calendar itself won't be on Mars. But the images will be of the possible colonization of Sol IV - if the project is funded.

This looke interesting, and they need a bit of help... Woolfe - The Red Hood Diaries. Seems to do for Little Red Riding Hood kind of what American McGee's Alice did for Alice in Wonderland...

My copy of Heroes Wanted arrived on Saturday. Now, more than ever, I wish I had a proper gaming group in the Chambersburg area.

On the news front, I just got my box set from the Palladium Games Robotech board game KSer.
On the "New KickStarter" front, this is really cool: http:////www.indiegogo.com/project/exolance/embedded

What did you pledge for- basic boxed sets?
I got all sorts of add-ons, and haven't even gotten the e-mail.

SAY WHAT!!! Just what Backerkit# were you and what level pledged? Then again the Backerkit# is something that I can't determine for myself and I've a feeling I'm going to be very very down their list.
Good news everybody!
If you backed Tablescapes, WGF has apparently finally filled some containers for loading on a boat soonish. So expect them by before Thanksgiving. Provided the containers don't end up in the drink.

Did anyone else immediately think of the "Any experiment that leaves a crater is a success" comic from Casey and Andy?

...will you think less of me if I confess I don't recall? I'm pretty sure I went for one of the lower-tier options, though -- I just wouldn't have spent much on something I'm unlikely to get much use out of.

Well, in this case, you still need to get *data* from the crater afterwards...,

Action-movie RPG Feng Shui is back, and it's booming!
They've passed their second stretch goal within an hour of opening... And well on their way to more.

I'm still debating the Reaper Minis 'CAV' kickstarter. Sure, it's a $100 buy-in, but you're getting about 50 nice big mecha minis for your $100.

Still debating if I want to toss in some extra to add a few tanks. Despot is a very pretty mini, and so is Chieftan.
Speaking of addins, the Nightshade (at the $181k level) is a gorgeous hunk of mecha.
The Thunderbird, already available, is freakin' /huge/. I have one in metal and it's, like, 5 pounds of lead.

And Robert Woodhead has asked folks to mention AnimEigo's new app ... If anyone knows somebody who's actually running a crowdfunding project, please let them know about http://www.animeigo.com/products/other/backersupport

Ned a trap? Of course you need a trap.
Need a compendium of traps? Of course you need a compendium of traps.
Already met its goal and less than $1000 from the first stretch goal, with 25 days left to go...

One of the reward tiers is Electronic copies of old school source books.... if sufficient people are interested we might be able to pool resources and collect them all.
