Wow. That goes right to MP3 when I get home from work.
Oh, and I think I faintly overheard someone listening to this at some point over the last few days, and didn't realize what it was.

I posted this in the Kickstarter thread, but it also belongs here.

They've funded the 30-minute short film they started out with. If they reach a million dollars, they'll expand it out into a full-length feature film.

Yes, it's an ad. But it's an ad to preorder something that was out three months ago, so...

Ever wondered what John F. Kennedy sounded like when he was angry? Well, these two recordings from a telephone conversation regarding furniture ought to answer that question:

The song itself is NSFW, on account of some slight innuendo. The video itself is not.

Just ahead of the CN remake of the Powerpuff Girls, here's an awesome fan tribute... even if it's in Japanese.

On that Dr. Who video above, can anyone ID the music used in it? Love to get my hands on it. It'd make for some great mood music for writing.

It's current recentish Doctor Who background music, and I can't work out what piece it is. Yet, I think it's a fragment of a longer piece.

So, have I tripleposted yet? The forum broke down each time I'd tried to reply.
Found it. It's on the Season 1 & 2 OST, Doomsday.// www.youtube.com/v/kq-DhjidQxk?hl=en_US&version=3

Many thanks, Rod, both for the music and the Pandorica Speech. That's pretty frickin' epic there.

Edit: Start playing the theme from "Superman" at the point when Felix makes his salute.

I am torn between laughing and being horrified. Does that make me bad person?

At first I thought it was gonna turn into your usual thing against teen pregnancy. And then we had the WHAM moment. And then I was wondering, "What the hell is this about, really?"
Then we got to the final splash... at which point I'm like, "Really? REALLY?" I mean, seriously, there's Shaggy Dog, and then there P.E.T.A.-IN-YOUR-FACE. Really, I know people can be just that stupid, but whether you got your high school diploma or not does not necessarily translate into this sort of common sense.

*Shruggs* I would have thought it was pretty cool if it turned out to be an ad for game.

Okay. This is bizarre, yet awesome. And the whole time, I'm thinking, "If ever there were a real life Tony Stark, this guy is it."
(Oh so VERY NOT SAFE FOR WORK)
(I didn't know this before I watched the video - but in doing a little bit of follow-up on this guy and what's been going on with the software company he founded and sold off so long ago, I discovered that Intel had renamed it with the utterly boring name "Intel Security" (but kept the logo, at least for now).
“I am now everlastingly grateful to Intel for freeing me from this terrible association with the worst software on the planet,” McAfee told the BBC.
“These are not my words, but the words of millions of irate users,” he added.
I gotta admit - even if he's a complete douche, he's a complete douche with STYLE.
And thus the Tony Stark comparison seems apt. ^_^
