I like how people started interacting with it towards the end there. A beautiful example of how fun and social augmented reality can be. Big Grin

Okay, this is kinda creepy, but amazing at the same time.  It even uses facial recognition to follow people around with its head and eyes.  :p

I especially loved (and uprated) the top-rated comment on this video:"Okay, that's enough Internet for me."
That got a good long cackle out of me.

This was appended to an article on The Register about some homeopathic products being recalled because they were contaminated with penicillin.

I think the phrase "So bad it's good" comes to mind.

Ditto.
I'm very vaguely reminded of some book where a person somehow learned all the knowledge in the universe and became a black hole containing its own universe in which they were God. or something like that.

Ah, the mythical "10% of your brain"... Looks like a modern version of Dr Manhattan. Or Rularuu, if you played CoH. (RIP)

The only people who use 10% of their brain are in comas.
Not that the movie doesn't look interesting.

I guess I'm jaded. I got a distinct "meh" off the trailer. It and "Transcendence" (the upcoming Johnny Depp sci-fi story) seem to be trending toward the Frankenstein side of science, rather than the transhuman. Not sure if it's my thing.
Also, the "10% of the brain" chestnut is getting old.

And Mythbusters (specificly the Build Team) busted that myth several seasons ago.
Even Tory uses more than 10% of his brain at any given moment. 8)

Oh, right ... In case you aren't familiar with Gravity (hey, somebody here might not be), here's the Honest Trailer.

And another Honest Trailer - don't watch this one at work. And this one has spoilers.
