Have you seem some of the things they use in the Paralympics? We are already doing cyberpunk. It is just neat to see that some people no longer feel the need to have prothesis try to that hide the fact that they are prothesis.

(This might not be entirely coherent. Editing may occur later to better articulate my point)

Sorry, I should clarify my statement. What I meant was, "now people will probably start cutting away good, functional limbs for the sake of 'fashion'."
