Everyone knows that the Hero of the Skyllian Blitz is a great man, courageous in the face of danger, kind, caring and inspiring in the face of the many trials and tribulations he has faced as the first human Spectre. He's called the Hero of the Citadel for good reason.
Now if only he could convince himself he was all that, rather than some poor guy who'd rather not get into all that trouble.
IOTW, it's Commander Shepard by way of Ciaphas Cain, Hero of the Imperium. David Anderson is serving as the editor for his second set of memoirs. The first, by the same writer, is called Accidental Hero of the Galaxy and covers the first Mass Effect game.
