This chapter has the best alternate take on Trelawny's prophecy I've ever seen in a Potter fic. Even if you don't read the rest of the fic, the last quarter of this chapter is still worth reading just to see Hermione's take on the prophecy.

The holy days proper begin with the Winter Solstice in late December and run for a period of one week in total, although preparations and lead-up activities occupy many of the weeks beforehand. Near Inbhir Aora, Toiréasa sees a side of Dagur she wasn't expecting and starts to reevaluate other things she's sees. Down in Constantinople, at Sigurd and Sophia's wedding, Inga realizes she misses the Bog and thinks about what she'll have to do if she's going to go back there some day. In the Chief's Hut on Berk, Hiccup enjoys a cozy Yule with his family. Down in Cors Fochno, Bog tempers are breaking, and Cami sees that what she's been worrying about is upon them. Back on Berk, Ruffnut goes out pranking with her twin, but she finds it's more of an exertion than it used to be. Back at the Clan Murchadh stronghold, Toiréasa watches the Berserkers' enjoyments through new eyes, eyes widened further by what she sees in Dagur's eyes. Down in Anatolia, Sophia gets carried over Lake Attaia to her new home. After the party breaks up in Inbhir Aora, Toiréasa gets some answers out of Dagur. And we close on Berk, this time in the healer's hut, where Hiccup, in to have his gammy leg checked up, finds time to make a medical innovation for a fellow patient, and gets to be there when a third patient arrives...
