You sure that is not a crossover where either the roaming trainers challenging gyms for the right to engage in the local pokemon tournament are the Sailor Senshi, or where the gym leaders are?
Because I can see Usagi as a fairy specialist, Ami as a water/ice specialist, Rei as a fire specialist, Makoto as an electric specialist, and I'm not quite sure about Minako. Mythology says she should be a steel type specialist, given that fairy is already taken by Usagi, but I can also see her being a coordinator instead of a gym leader.

There's at least a couple other magical girl works that I've at least heard of that (however loosely) work along those lines ( Mermaid Melody Pitchi Pitchi Pitch! and Senki Zesshou Symphogear), so there's that at least...
(And now I can't help but imagine what a crossover between those series might be like. I do know it'll involve a LOT of literally ass-kicking music, that's for sure!)

We've secretly replaced Uzume from Ai Your Aoshi with Yuuno-kun from Lyrical Nanoha, and vice versa. Let's see whether anybody can ferret out the change... and whether Chika becomes a magical girl.
