The guy asked a question for information, the atheist replied by telling the OP he is not a good person.  He could have just replied "utilitarian ethics" and have been more correct, more informative, and took less time out of his life.  But instead he chose to be an asshole.  And then other atheists shared a screencap of this X that got all the way to this board, which confirms to me that a lot of atheists are assholes.

AFAICT, the vast majority of theists who ask the question of 'how do atheists decide between good choices and bad choices', or something along the same lines, do not do so out of sincere interest. They do so for rhetorical purposes, to set up an attack on the idea of atheists having any moral code at all, and state that theists obviously do have one, given by whatever deity of choice they follow and enforced by said deity or their servants with the threat of punishment, often disproportionately terrible and of infinite duration.

And unfortunately, text media, like xitter, generally lack vocal communication markers that would help with determining if a statement is sincere interest, or snide insinuation.
