Well, according to the current consensus that wouldn't have much effect. Maybe make it shinier.
However, the idea that handwavium runs on Spiral Energy... well, it makes as much sense as anybody else's hypothesis so far. Who knows?

Hmm... Maybe not that one, but the one included with this? Something similar was accomplished with the Autobot Matrix of Leadership, so there is something of a precedent, though that likely doesn't count for much when handwavium is involved.

*Sighs* And people are making a stink about space militarisation already. As if it wasn't going to happen sooner or later. You do realize that if a grass-roots company can put an orbiter up into space, then who knows what else someone with less-than-good intentions can do. Prudence only demands that we take measures... though I do think the 'Prompt Global Strike' weapon is a bit much, and lends itself a bit to easily to being a nuclear weapons platform. Large conventional warhead indeed.
