Tales Of the Legendary - The Comic!
07-31-2008, 12:32 AM
Here is the project I was working on. It is the proof of concept.
PS: Though there is no nudity - it should be considered NSFW - Sorry Wire... Sorry.
The full comic is at

I hope to, with permission (and being able to handle the costumes) to feature other Legendary members.

Very nice Rev! But both me and my wife think you overdid a few things... gratuitously? The back issues alone.....

just read - very smooth work, though I'd like to see you try an 'issue' without sexual innuendo, just for kicks. (I think that might cause head
'splodey!)
Poser, right?

...guh? O.O
Jackie's... kinda scary, really. Like a delicious cake the size of Mt Everest, with a gun pointed at your head and someone saying 'Eat it all.'

Back issues are no match for the power of anime physics! '.'
Alexis: I've said before... with Jackie around, no one can really ask about *me* being cold...
-Morgan. Hmmm, I can think of three possible ways to interpret that. One, however, is wrong...

Thanks, it was a fun project and I am going to do at least one more issue. When building comics like this the hard part is building up your library of
pre-created actors. Once you have the actors built and tweaked, actually putting the project together is fairly easy. So far for COH I have Jackie, a Crey
Agent... and that is about it.
Wire: The sexual innuendo in this one is pure Jackie. The next issue will feature other heroes and go with a much more conventional Hero story. I chose
Jackie because she is fun to write; and creating the model was fairly easy in terms of costume.
Drogan: Overdone. Oh yes. Very much so. Jackie's genesis came from a number of sources, including an anime pic that was even more excessive than the
descriptions and depictions I have furnished. Yeah. Bigger. Much bigger. She should be enough to cause Russ Meyer to rise from his grave, grin, and then
announce in a clear zombie voice a B word other than brains.
Valles: That is a pretty accurate description of Jackie. Part Russ Meyer Girl, part Mae West, part Arsene Lupin, part Daffy Duck.
Sofa: A whole bunch of elements went into this. The 3D work is done in Poser using a V3 base. The layouts and captions are done in Comic Book Creator.
The pre and post work is done is Paint Shop Pro. The writing is in house. I contract out the smacks to the back of the head and comments of 'those are
too big' to My Lovely Wife.
I haven't decided who is next. Possible adventures include something with Gil MacHeath and Allistaire, Eva's invisible Magic Penguin. An Adventure
with Morgan MacHine and Bella Fuego. I would like to take stab at Superball (who wouldn't but for other reasons) but I will have to check with Acyl
first.
Wow. I have to say anime physique/physics never looked so painful :S
By the way I think Jackie is experiencing a bit of a wardrobe malfunction on page 5 panel two :S

Jackie does not have Wardrobe malfunctions. One: Less than a square foot of cloth in no way constitutes a 'wardrobe' and Two: Malfunction implies it is
not intended.

That aside, the story was quite good. I don't think I want to get into the characters. ![[Image: happy.gif]](http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/happy.gif)

They are, however, a problem for some comics distributors.

Jackie is one of the reasons Numero Catorce goes to confession every week. Twice a week during Lent.
