Quote:Sounds likely.
Timeline wise I'm thinking that the three of them are all figuring things out on their own during the lunchbreak before the jounin-sensei turn up, and all recognise eah other as anomalies, which leads to the tentative talking until they've verified that and actually picking it apart once Kakashi is gone.
BTW, I've found a very interesting site with graphical representations of most the information from the official databooks - which is very useful, even though I speak not a word of French.
As far as I can see by comparing characters, the particular thing described by the various categories (their names aren't entirely intuitive) seem to be:
Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu - the obvious: that character's skill at same.
Intelligence - more tactical and strategic ability than storage and recall of information.
Speed, Power - DEX and STR, respectively: the character's purely physical abilities.
Stamina - chakra reserves and ability to absorb damage, which aren't quite the same thing... view the fact that Rock Lee really doesn't have any chakra.
Seal - annoying feature of the language, since the hand gestures and the written wards end up requiring the same English word despite having really nothing else in common. Anyway, this is the latter - 'Fuuinjutsu', if you will.
Hence, TGNH!Neshan's stats run
Ninjutsu: 3
Taijutsu: 4.5
Genjutsu: 2.5
Intelligence: 4
Power: 5
Speed: 5
Stamina: (physical 5/chakra 2)
Seal: 5
Speaking of which, and trying to be relevant, Neshan-in-a-Genin-suit scores:
Ninjutsu: 3
Taijutsu: 4.5
Genjutsu: 2.5
Intelligence: 4
Power: 3
Speed: 2.5
Stamina: (physical 3/chakra 0.5)
Seal: 5
Ja, -n
(wondering about Katsu and 'Nenai...)

"Yes, and it was glorious."
