Could be interesting... At the least, Harry'll be desensitized to the sight of breasts by the time she's done with him - wandering attention with a literally demonic teacher is likely to lead to pain, even if she *is* being "suspisiosly nice" - after all, why should she cover up just because of some silly human attitudes?
Although, it might be funnier if she was constantly bundled up and frequently complained about how cold and damp it is in Old Blighty. Not only is it uncomfortable, it's just impossible to keep her scales properly glossy in this unending damp! (Not to mention the difficulty of getting an anorak with provision for six arms)

Actually, once she settled in I envisioned her wearing one of those madly multiple-pocketed flack vests; Helps harry concentrate, gives her plenty of places to keep Random Stuff - and the armholes are low enough for six arms (at least the one I saw did...)
Also note that I expect both main sides to be totally confused by her behavior - trouble reconciling the helpful person who cooks pancakes, sausages, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, fried bread and criossants (simultaneously) and helps with stuff that Harry speaks of, and the six-armed maniac that pops up here and there to pick off various D.E.s or blasts straight over/under/through the Hogwarts wards to turn up in Dumbledore's office, drink all his Firewhiskey & leave worrying notes and/or D.E. body parts...
Also note that just 'cos she might or might not be technically evil, doesn't mean she has to be a nice person.
