I approve in all ways, shapes, and forms. Yum! Plus, it'll be nice to see another side of her than the insubordinate hardass.
Oh, and here's a thought for y'all - the Mendel Colony team knew what they were after. They already had a design for their ultimate coordinator; the problem was getting it stabalized and 'durable' enough to carry to term.

If the machine was hooked into the facility's computer network, then he might be able to... yes! A quick check of the status of the other prototypes confirmed that Blaze had sealed and started her chosen machine, and then he had the suit's security protocols open and was hurrying through the needed modifications. New file, randomly altering number... password to that, alternate condition, since it was demanding one, DNA sequence from current scan... copy to the other four suits and save it... There.
He almost laughed in triumph. Now it would take a complete physical replacement of the suits' computer systems to get them to respond to anyone but him and...
All four of the other suits were active. The Federation's people had been able to get to them before he could... Damn it.
One of the smaller secondary displays flashed to life, startling him out of his momentary funk. "Was that you?" Blaze asked, orange eyes concerned.
