Not much point, really. People are going to be thinking of the characters' standard images no matter what age we try to claim they are.
(And infamous Sailor Moon doujinshi author Black Dog insists in an Eva context that fourteen doesn't count as loli, for what that's worth.)
Other bits:
The 'Lovely Suite' came with an attached minibar. Misato had restrained herself from stocking it with beer, but somehow Shinji wasn't surprised to find the fridge filled with energy drinks. The real surprise was the bathroom's medicine cabinet. It was just as monotonous as the refrigerators, but in a different way.
"Misato? Why is there nothing here but..." He picked up one of the twenty identical pill bottles. "...'lecithin supplements?'"
"Oh, Ritsuko says you shoud take at least fifteen of those pills every day."
"What? Why?!"
"Trust me, kiddo, you're gonna need them."
