Chapter twelve of Sailor Moon V is growing by leaps and bounds.
It's based solely on the first season of the dub, and strangely enough, I quite like it. The author's done a fine job of characterization and worldbuilding, especially on the "Negaverse" side, with a full-fledged world with excellent characters and some serious TomClancy-esque politics going on in the wake of Beryl's death. --
