I've not noticed anything different than it's normal "wonkiness", but then again I usually have to make at least 2 attempts to download each fanfic chapter or get any webpage from FF.net.
I often get some sort of error message usually along the lines of a timeout or File not found type message, but usually it will load the web page eventually if I hit reload a couple of times.
