Sounds like they'll be sending in Hanabi, given those considerations (and yes, I did get that 'asking for' essentially meant ' ramming down their throats' in this case) which is only a little better for Hinata than Neji... but then, she only lost to him by a little when they fought in the canon chuunin exam, so perhaps with more determination than she's broguht to the board against her sister before she can pull it off this time.
