Granted that quite a number of those aboard would have had relatively limited exposure to them and the changes would be notable, but the reactions would
probably not be that pronounced. Of course, it's possible that 21st century individuals might expect them to be surprised, but by analogy it would be like
one of us turning up in star trek and having someone painstakingly explain what a shuttle was: they might not look a hell of a lot like the ones we've seen
or heard of, but we wouldn't assume it's witchcraft or the like.
Now what might be interesting would be reactions to things like the War on Drugs (drugs were completely legal in the UK until the First World War), prices
(inflation was hardly unknown but the dollar and pound are virtually worthless today compared to what they were worth 96 years ago) etc. Cultural changes are
more likely to have an impact than technological, given that they were already in a relatively progressive era in that field.
