(Necratoid what's that a crossover of? (Beyond Ultraviolet?) (googling brought up other stuff))
crossover that should be or should not you decide:
SI into Dr. Doom. (or insertion of some other good aligned non-powered character into dr. doom, such as xander, dr House or some other char)
Having the intelligence without the memories will be a powerdown against the original dr.doom so whether he keeps the original memories, fragments of them or
almost nothing at all is of course a question. Conflict with doom bots (mechanical dr doom clones) are a given, since they either could figure out its not the
original doom or have just gone renegade. The possible missing knowledge could be acquired by the normal learning process (diaries, notes and other books ) or
a doombots attempts to exorcise or overwrite the dr. doom body with its own personality and memories (which could cause the original chars memories to become
fragmented and partially missing.) Furthermore there is the possibility that an underling or more will try to take power or just betray dr Doom. (The people
who would try it with the original dr doom and the new dr doom.)
(The 'powers' of dr Doom can also be just technological, sorcery-tech combo or technology with movie verse powers. )
Dr Doom also looks to me as someone who has Anger management issues, so those could be something that the char need to deal with.
Besides of course the horrible disfigurement.
Furthermore, the normal hero chars are not gona simply accept that dr Doom has gone good, they could be looking for something underneath it all. Add in stuff
such as miscommunication, anger issues, other criminal or evil persons taking advantage of the situation. One could even have a originally heroic character
become obsessed with finding out what doom's big plan is, suffer some personal loses and go 'bad'.
