I'm not sure about having Alita settle down long enough to form a school... she'll get caught up in something and while she'd have an easy time attracting students it'll break character for them not to get mulched at some point. That and we are talking about a grandmaster level fighter with a tendency to chop off her own body parts and take down things that Belldandy would have to remove her seals to take. that and we are talking about churning out anti-army weapons at even brown belt levels here. I think its more likely that she'll constantly have people trying to get her to teach not realizing just what they are asking for. I mean learning even one actual move of Panzer Kunst can make a cyborg into someone that will be at the level of one of Knives generals.
Considering her back story your going to have a lot of things to deal with from her baggage... I'm not sure how much of Battle Angel you've read through (or Last Order for that matter) but just with her robot clones and the inevitable evil side clone mess, though I that group/entity will actually expect the nuclear armed, suicide paratrooper, one woman army they end up dealing with. One who will likely make a good (if not successful) attempt to off her summoner. Yoko is not exactly the kind to cooperate. On the other hand... you could probably melt some people's brains if she ever explains to the crew of Nadesco why she doesn't like to make claim to her Martian heritage... we are talking about a group that got her to grab a nuke and do an orbital cannonball into a heavily populated city voluntarily.
I mean I'm pretty sure that anyone reading her in detail back story will likely make her take daily counseling sessions, for the next 900 years... or try to at least. I mean she should not be able to integrate into a civil society anywhere near that stably. That or she'll end raising anyone tyke bombs they run across... I mean between the tech from her original adopted home world and the fact she manages actually retain sanity is amazing... that she can be normal for years and only doing something stupid like killing (or attempting to infront of her) her friends and family is going to set her into hunter killer mode. Mental health professionals are going to be stalking her... and that will be before they figure out her tendency to respawn.
