Looking back, something occured to me. If you decide not to go with Jail being the one to toss him out of the known multiverse, there already is an anomoly that can do the job, at the point in time you want him gone.
Remember those imaginary space holes/portals that appeared when Precia started to try to open the gate to Al Hazard? It was specifically mentioned that magic doesn't work in imaginary space, including flying magic. As a combat cyborg, he doesn't require magic for a number of his abilities, and might stand a better chance than any mage, ever, to survive and come back from one of those things.
If he happened to be in the area when the Arthra sent out it's call for backup, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for him to want to help out with the attack, especially if he gets there in time to hear what Precia says to Fate. Given the impression I've gotten of him, I think he'd go berserk. Once he's in there fighting (against powerful, pure robots with likely little in the way of AI or firewalls, wink wink), it wouldn't be too hard to knock him into one of those imaginary space doom pits. I've always wanted to see more of the imaginary number plane space. It's neat, and far too underused in canon, though I understand why.
