(Note: I do not expect this request to be honored, but I'd like to make it just in case.)
Back before Gregg Landsman started posting in this thread, I used to enjoy reading the discussion of each new chapter as it came out, seeing people's reactions and (if memory serves) occasionally posting some of my own.
However, since that time, Gregg has been posting excerpts from not-yet-available chapters here. I do not want to see those; I'd rather first encounter those scenes in their context, while reading the full chapter, and having recently reread the preceding chapter so as to have it fresh in my mind.
In order to avoid seeing those scenes prematurely, I've had to avoid reading this thread at all - and as a result, I've missed out on the actual discussion, which (as I said) I do enjoy reading.
I know that other people do like seeing those advance excerpts, and I don't want to interfere with anyone else's enjoyment. However, is there any possibility of e.g. having those posted elsewhere (possibly even another thread in this same forum, for convenience's sake), so that all sides can potentially be satisfied?
