the most recent episode is live and on youtube. Not half bad, though it raises DISTURBING QUESTIONS about earth pony lung capacity.

Honestly, the most disturbing thing in this episode was the revelation that ponies are, in fact, carnivorous, if Sweetie and Rarity's breakfast was anything to go by.

They can do magic, they can talk, some of them can fly, and you're worried about the properties of their gastrointestinal systems? They're obviously not Earth-style equines, no matter what they look like.

(Considering that they can do magic and some of them can fly, I'd be surprised if they weren't carnivorous. That energy has to come from someplace...)
