Background music

VFX:  A rainbow streak plowing into the earth at a shallow angle but incredible speed, leaving an enormous trail of dust and destruction in its wake.

VO (Twilight, iron determination battling to hold grief at bay):  Dear Princess Celestia:  Rainbow Dash.  Barnstormer.  A Pegasus barely alive.  

VFX:  ZOMG! wireframe graphics, cool cyberpunky video montage

VO (Twilight, nothing but determination now):  Your Highness, we can rebuild her.  We have the technology.  We have the capability to make Equestria's first Bionic Mare.  Rainbow Dash will be that mare.  Better than she was before.  

VFX:  Wind tunnel exploding as rainbow streak blows out through one wall.  Hypersonic Rainboom (whatever that looks like).  Orbital-vision shot of rainbow streak circling planet against rotation until planet begins spinning backwards

VO (Twilight): Better... Stronger... Faster (and, we hope, more maneuverable and durable!).

CUE:  dramatic rise into theme music
