The Angels of course would be fitted out with their usual assortment of gadgets, but disguised enough that they can pass them off as "magic" if the inhabitants have really regressed as much as they seem. Whether 3wa technology is Sufficiently Advanced to look that way to actual magic users is another question, but one I never got around to answering. "Swords of Light" for example are pretty common to them (hence how they get drawn into the plot at that time period) but having the actual properties of a named artifact (Gorun Nova, the Sword that Slashes All) seems doubtful at best.
