Oh, so its more like eidetic memory in how you recal it? In that case I'd have the system put a simple lock on the file - kinda like the mental equivilant of a captcha puzzle. Nothing too tough but just enough that you would have to devote effort into solving. This, I think, would prevent casual recall.
And then I would weaponize that sucker, because nothing screws with an opposing force better than something that is irrevocably in their heads and giving them migranes.
Granted this would probably only work on cyborgs, but it might be ridiculously effective against certain Belkan-made constructs. Ah, but then that is just the little hell-raiser of a chaos bringer in me. ;-)
At any rate, glad to see that we aren't dealing with eldritch horrors here. That'd only be tolerable if Cthuga and Nyaruko were coming to the party. :-D
