Helping a ship do inertial compensation? I might be able to add single-digit gees, depending on the size of the ship, and the length of the trip. On anything even approaching ship-of-the-wall size, I'd burn myself out before you saw a change.
I'd actually fare better as a weapon. Hayate's canonically capable of nuclear-level destructive power, and I'm not far behind her. Either of us could probably focus it enough to match an X-ray missile or light starship beam weapon in power- nothing world-shattering, but if done in the right place at the right time...
Defense is a bit more varied. Any beam weapon above pinnace or MAYBE light frigate could LOLno any shield I put up through sheer power alone. Missiles would be useless, though- I could just grav them off trajectory before they went off, and let their own thrust carry them away. I could probably make a ship's grav signature less visible, or mess with enemy sensors.
Where I'd really be deadly would be missile signatures. Imagine creeping into missile range of a fleet on inertia, firing a spread of missiles (with me blunting their wedges so the enemy sensors won't pick them up), then raising the wedge and running to hyper after the fleet got torn apart.
...I called them Subjects, not Artificial Humans. Subject 17 was Desmond.
Also, on the subject of numbers, Sein came after Cinque. Sette was one of the last set- a year before StrikerS, if memory serves.

[Magic Missile. Six missiles, single salvo.]
[CASTING.]
The missiles flashed out across the containment room towards the target at the other end. Two of them flew past it; the remaining four exploded, taking chunks out of the man-sized block of rock.
I flicked that familiar 'mental switch', feeling my body kick it up a notch. [Again!]
Malleus responded, as expected. [CASTING.]
This time, I was getting the full benefit of having cameras for eyes. Five of the six missiles hit solidly- the sixth just clipped the side of the target. What was left of the stone block wasn't looking too good.
I lifted my left arm- having been casting with my right before- and gave my first verbal command of the session. "Malleus- Double Cannon, Second Form."
"DOPPELARMKANONE, ZWEITENFORM!"
In a flash of blue light, a second arm cannon appeared on my left arm. It was already in Mal's second form (the elongated, armored form meant for basic shooting and CQB), so all I had to do was hold both arms out, give the command, and start doing math.
[Malleus, Double Magic Missile. Variant Test-01 on Mal-1, and Variant Test-02 on Mal-02, delayed 0.5 seconds.]
[ORDERS PROCESSED. CASTING.]
At that point, casting one spell with Device assistance was basically automatic. All I had to do was remember the equations for it, and my mathematical subprocessor would do the rest.
Casting two spells at once was an entirely different experience.
