Heh, now you just have to name it. I was always fond of "The PLORT Gun" for Partial Liquefaction Of Remaining Target, but "That Technique" and variations are popular too. Dimension Scissors is nicely evocative, given the effect shears the target and spreads the bits across several destination worlds. Dimension Plunger would also work, because anything it hits is pretty well and truly flushed away.
