Just wanted to share a little something. For some reason, this song really helps me out with the writing process.
Lyrics behind I think it has to do with Garrick's mindset. He's willing to wait now. He no longer feels the pressure he had before. After all, True Love will wait, no matter how long it takes, no matter where you might find it. You just have to be able to recognize it when you do find it. Because, like the song says, it waits in places like haunted attics (the photos and keepsakes of those we love the most), and lives off simple things like lollipops and crisps (chips to us Americans).
