Good old Shadowrun. I had some fun with high-concept shamans.
Overweight Elf Skyfather Shaman - Santa Claus/Father Christmas schtick, tends to a commercial holiday theme. I stole a name from Marvel Comics: Nicholas St. Christopher. Got made, but the game sessions crashed and burned due to Real Lifeā¢.
Troll "media" Shaman - Basically a Thunderbird shaman played as a (non-Shadowrun usage) Otaku who focused on Urusei Yatsura... basically just having fun imagining a "cute" troll in a tiger-striped bikini flinging lightning around. She had so much luck not getting hit in combat and I never put any points in making it like that beyond basic, starting-level appropriate stats, she just kept rolling really well.

them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary.''
