Fanfic Recommendations meet Abbott and Costello

I've never been quite sure what counts as "fanfic" for the purposes of this forum, but if net-posted original-universe fic counts, I'll give a shout out to Seanan McGuire's "Velveteen Vs."

Synopsis:
